My name is Marcy Rios-Baker, and I am a driving force behind The Organization of Bakers Concepts & Affiliated Companies LLC.,  DBA., BC&ACI. As a Co-Founder, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Executive Administrator, I have been pivotal in steering our company’s course in the affiliate marketing, direct sales, e-commerce, and network marketing industries since March 11th, 2000, leading to our success.  

 

Successful direct sales and multi-level marketing ventures have marked my career. I have effectively marketed and sold products and services for renowned companies such as Ameriplan™, Amsoil™, Amway™, Beachbody™, Juice Plus™, Legal Shield™, Pampered Chef™, Primerica™, Scentsy™, Tupperware™, Usana™, ViSalus™, Vollara™, Xango™, and Zurvita™. During my tenure, I achieved [specific achievements], which significantly contributed to the growth and success of these companies.

 

Besides being in the affiliate marketing, direct sales, e-commerce, and network marketing industry, I have worked for the following companies: Wendys™, Dunkin Donuts™, Burger King™,  Alamo Rental Car™, Sears™, Stop & Shop™, Centurylink™, American Express™, Hilton Grand Vacations™, Marriott Vacation Club International™, Crossmark™, Boston Medical Center™. Through these companies, I have 23 years of experience in Executive Management, Consultative Sales, Transactional Sales, CFO, Financial Controller, and bonded agent… I am also a pastor in the Women’s Lay Ministries in Bakers Concepts and Affiliated Companies LLC., DBA., BC&ACI. 

 

My educational journey is a testament to my unwavering commitment to personal and professional growth. I graduated from Penn Foster High School in 2008 and am pursuing a Psychology and Sociology Masters Degree at Southern New Hampshire University. I am also studying to be a veterinarian and have personally graduated from multiple management, business, sales, and customer service training courses. This continuous learning has enriched my professional experience in affiliate marketing, direct sales, and e-commerce marketing and inspires others in these fields. 

 

Inteto, I intend to pursue my private practice within Bakers Concepts Ministries and assist others in their professional and personal lives within the company’s ministry organizations. As a Women’s Lay Ministries pastor, I am dedicated to [specific responsibilities or initiatives] that align with our company’s mission and values.
